Human Resource Adviser

  • About the Role
    We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our company. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role provides the chance to manage HR functions end-to-end and ensure full compliance with UK Employment Laws. The successful candidate will provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, and staff development while supporting the organisation’s strategic people goals.


    Key Responsibilities
    • Advise the CEO and employees on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
    • Ensure all HR processes comply with UK Employment Laws, equality and diversity legislation, and internal company policies.
    • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including creating job descriptions, shortlisting, interviewing, and induction.
    • Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases.
    • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and HR systems.
    • Support staff engagement initiatives and workforce planning.
    • Assist with salary benchmarking, HR reporting, and compliance audits.
    • Contribute to training and development initiatives, including compliance and induction programs.

    Qualifications & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree (any field).
    • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in advisory or generalist roles.
    • Legal knowledge or background in employment law is a plus.
    • Understanding of UK employment law, HR policies, and HR best practices.
    • Experience with HR systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
    • HR training from CPD-accredited courses is considered a plus.

    The Role

    We are seeking two qualified Civil Engineers to join our team to support the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects for healthcare facilities. This is a key role in ensuring our clients’ projects meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects, with a focus on healthcare-related infrastructure.
